GUESS 2017

GUESS Unveils Its Fall 2017 Advertising Campaign

GUESS has some big news to share.

This fall season, the popular brand introduces American fashion model, actress, animal rights activist and quickly rising star Ireland Basinger Baldwin. She is the daughter of Alec Baldwin and Kim Basinger, and this is her first-ever international fashion campaign alongside tenured models, Kara del Toro, Simone Holtznagel, Solveig Mork Hansen, and Alex Dellisola.

The campaign, directed by Paul Marciano, Chief Creative Officer for GUESS and shot by photographer Tatiana Gerusova, captures the sophistication and poise of the grouping photographed against clean backdrops in this simple yet chic studio shoot. The bright natural lighting and striking sensual poses draw in the audience and allow the upscale styling to pop in the forefront.

This season, strapless faux leather and denim corsets paired with curve hugging jeans and pencil skirts are flirtatious ensembles that make any GUESS Girl date night ready. Faux fur ushers in the cooler weather with a variety of multi-coloured and leopard printed jackets adding flair to any subdued outfit.

For the GUESS Guy, Fall’s colour palette is dominated by the distinctive tones of red lacquer and camel tan intertwined with shades of light to medium blues. Acid wash and distressed denim play a prominent role in this season’s offering, adding a bit of edge to the delivery and is offered in a variety of silhouettes including jeans and jackets.
